Ack! I’ve been busy lately… and I’ve sort of forgotten my blog. Now its all weird looking and growing hair in strange places – guess its time to tend to it.
Well, so it seems like summer is just about over here in the pacific northwest. Rain, rain and then just for a change, some rain. I actually like that quite a bit, although it does make it messy to take lovely strolls each day. I love being outside… someday I’ll build an open-air cabin in the woods. Or, um, have my boyfriend build it.

I’m not much for being in the rain, even with a proper raincoat. No prob with snow, though, oddly. But after a while, you forget anything is alive underneath the snow.
I dig the northwest. My aunt and uncle live in Issaquah (northeastish? of Seattle). I remember a light steady rain when visiting them in Seattle proper for a week in 1991.
I also had a friend in Southern Oregon, and loved how foggy it got around there. The NW is so dramatic.
